Calorie Deficit

Hi. How do I know I’ll be in a calorie deficit to lose weight with this guide?

My partner and I do Hello Fresh and I would like to continue that as it’s most convenient for us but I don’t know how many calories to allow during the day to accommodate the Hello Fresh meals.


The App called My Fitness Pal has calorie tracking and you can search for/add meals to know how much you are consuming. They have Hello Fresh meals listed on there.

You can set your goals based on what you are wanting to achieve and it will give you a target of calories to consume each day to keep you in a deficit. Hope that helps!
