I’ve made the birthday cake multiple times and it comes out dense. I’ve weighed the ingredients to make sure I’m not messing those up, but there’s no difference. Anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you do to fix it? TYIA

Some reasons are; baking powder was expired or trying a different protein powder.
