Best leftovers eaten cold (no microwave access at lunch!)

Hello!
My partner is a tradie and doesn’t have access to microwaves to reheat leftovers for lunch. I’m wondering what are peoples go-to dinners that are still tasty eaten cold the next day?

I’m thinking things along the lines of the Salmon CousCous and Glazed Pork (turned into a cold salad). What other warm dishes would you suggest are good to be eaten cold?

Ideally I’d like to be able to use leftovers for lunch rather than making a completely seperate lunch (i.e. like a ham salad wrap), but if there aren’t many options here i may have the change tactic!

Thanks!

Hey
I’d say any of the Wraps/ Yiros, the Cold Rolls (either with Tofu or Prawns), the Sandwiches, the Caprese Pasta Salad, the Mexican Salad Bowl… That’s all I can think of right now, hope that helps!
