Help - I'm confused!

I’ve literally just signed up for the challenge, downloaded all the resources and now need to create my meal plan. I thought there would be a meal plan generated that I could follow (even a basic one). All I can find is templates. What am I doing wrong :frowning_face:

Same here. I thought they would give me more direction on meals. Also I’m not finding any suggestions for if you need to eat out or fast food. I know that’s defeating the purpose but sometimes it’s unavoidable.

What bare guide(s) do you have? There are multiple files with each one. The recipes (and exercises if you have lean), the Guide and Resources - which is where you’ll find your answers to the eating out and many many other questions, and then the Weekly Planners - there is customised or example templates which are Leah’s general way of working with Bare.
